Made using airen and palomino grapes, Fundador is the top Spanish grape brandy and for good reason.
Aged in the traditional Solera system, sherry-soaked barrels give this brandy its distinct taste and warm colour.
It gives a very mellow flavour with a nice smooth after taste - again, a good option if you're just getting into brandy and don't want to be put of by a taste that's too powerful and overwhelming.
Sip slowly on ice, or neat from a snifter for the full brandy experience.
